• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its functionality
• Not attempt to scrape, hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
• Comply with Spotify's Terms of Service and Developer Terms

• StatsDrop branding, design, and code are owned by StatsDrop
• Spotify data, branding, and trademarks remain the property of Spotify AB
• Album artwork, artist images, and track information are property of their respective owners

• We access your Spotify data only with your explicit permission through OAuth authentication
• We use Spotify's official API and comply with their Developer Terms of Service
• Your data is fetched in real-time and not stored long-term on our servers

• We are not responsible for data accuracy (all data comes directly from Spotify)
• We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
• We are not responsible if Spotify changes their API, terms, or discontinues access
